Similar to using retard but harsher. Just like r-tard, but 's' is further down the alphabet so it is crueler. Usually used as an insult.

Ree-Tard
A Ree-Tard is somebody so stupid that the normal term 'retard' isn't enough.
This is a person who uses all caps when typing. Ignores punctuation, spelling and sentence structure when posting online.
Ree-Tard's are always off topic, haven't the slightest clue as to what they are doing, and when you point out that they are acting retarded they morph into Ree-Tard's and attack you with misspelled, poorly worded and overly mis -punctuated emails or posts.

E-Tard
Someone that has done way to many drugs (specifically Ecstasy) and is sketched out and weird. Probably normal, social drug user before they started doing X every weekend until they needed 4 pills to roll and their minds turned to mush.
Usually former drug dealers, or current ones, they continue to do hardcore drugs because of how desensitized they have become to all kinds of drugs. Always buying drugs, they have no money to do anything but sit around like a zombie.
Usually aren't active at all. Never go outside and do fun stuff but just sit in their basements strung out on drugs. Feel bad for the E-tard because their life is a downward spiral.

Screw Tard
Some one who tries to do something and fails miserably, but still thinks they did an amazing job. Usualy if some one is a "tool", they're usualy this as well.
Say your on a sports team with someone. A screw tard would be considered someone who sits the bench the whole game but then hits on chicks and thinks he's cool just because you won the game.
