Epic Thread

1. (n) Internet forum thread that features disproportionately large amount of win. Usually originates at the expense of a forum member posting something amazingly stupid. Can also originate from an image that gets Photoshopped many times throughout the course of the thread in pursuit of hilarity.

Someone asked for a picture of an FJ Cruiser and a porta-potty on The Car Lounge Forums and the consequent hilarious replies eventually elevated the thread to epic thread status.

Threaddy Krueger

(n.) A person who, knowingly or unknowingly, repeatedly destroys or "kills" otherwise funny threads on public social networking sites with a single, stupid comment.

Guy 1: "Hey, man, look at that idiot's comment; the fourth one down."

Guy 2: "Ugh. I hate when people kill hilarious threads like that. What a douche."

Guy 1: "I know, right?? That guy's a real Threaddy Krueger."

Thread abuse

When you have several email threads on different subjects going with the same person and your correspondent replies in one thread to a question dealt with in another. Thread abuse makes is impossible to follow an email conversation.

Monk's Wool Threads

Monk's Wool Threads are the individual, long, stringy, wooly Pubes of a male with Monk's Wool. Monk's Wool Threads are intentionally pulled and plucked out while the male is using the restroom (Urinating or Defecating). The Pubes are removed intentionally and then left behind on the top of the Urinal or on the Toilet Seat or Toilet Rim for others to see and enjoy.

Frank always made it a point to visit public restrooms when he was out and about town. His favorite past time was to share his Monk's Wool with others and doing a little leave behind each time he used a facility. Frank was especially fond of leaving his four inch long, slightly curled Monk's Wool Threads on top of the Urinal.

Thread bomb

A post in an online forum or message board that completely destroys a thread and its intended purpose.

The use of an unrelated comment, picture, video or other media that kills said thread. Usually after a thread bomb is dropped, no one posts in the thread anymore.

"OMG that dude posted a picture of a hairy cock in that bake sale thread."

"Shit got thread bombed, yo."

Dead Thread

1. To post an extremely awkward comment on someones wall or photo on facebook, thus abruptly stopping any previous comments or conversations on that thread.

2. When someone with no life makes a comment on facebook that is so awkward that no one wants to respond or comment after it, making the thread inactive or dead.

Example 1.
6:20- Bob: hey man that pic from last night?
6:21- James: yeah man sicker nights were had
6:21- Nick: Hey you guys when was this? How come i didn't here about any of this going on?
11:00- Fred: way to dead thread the photo dude

Example 2.
Hilary: so I was talking to that guy I like last night on facebook and some awkward bitch made a total dead thread comment.
Carey: aww that sucks what a mood kill!
