Someone whose actions are only in their favour and in disfavour of someone else. They can be rude, unmannered and egoist.
You can name someone a țecar only when they committed a țeacă(bad thing that țecars do) at that moment.

Vica ate my snack without asking me, she is such a țecar.

She usually doesn't care about anyone else besides herself, that makes her even more of a țecar.

Teaka

A wonderful nickname that means “baby tigress.” Teaka is a woman who is shy, respectful and passive until angered. When she protects the people she loves, she does so ferociously like a mother tiger.

She is playful, loving and care-free. But she also loves to be in the presence of those who love her.
