parisian breakfast

Parisian breakfast is the most important meal of the day, consisting entirely of coffee and cigarettes. While imaginably the morning meal of those of Paris, it is not necessarily served with a side of French contempt.

I never wake up early enough to eat a bowl of cereal or fry an egg, but I always have a coffee to-go and a few cigarettes as my Parisian breakfast on the morning commute

Parisans

Parisans are people who adhere strictly to all social hygiene practices. These would include people who practice good social hygiene in order not to afflict innocents who they may come into casual contact with by imposing whatever virus or organism they're playing host to. Parisans understand that they may afflict someone unknowingly and are socially conscious individuals. Parisans are responsible human beings and are VERY considerate of those around them. Parisans don't need laws to dictate to them what is and what is not socially acceptable hygienic behavior. They are usually very well researched on these topics and will not listen to conspiracy theories that say things to the contrary and are unsupported by any scientific data.

A group of Parisans saw a chap walking down the street during a pandemic, not wearing a mask, and gave them the facts about the usefulness of masks and the abatement/mitigation of respiratory disease. Literature may soon become available.
