A person who intentionally prefers to eat more greens and veggies to save calories for drinking alcohol. Doesn't have to refer only to a person, but also to a type of lifestyle/philosophy.

I am a grinker, so please can you substite me french fries for a salad. And I will have a beer, please.
I generally stopped eating fat and fried dishes, so I can have drinks in the night and not get fat. Just a grinker lifestyle.
