Not actually a real word, yet some people claim it is when they use it in a sentence.

Person:"Was that supposed to be comprehendable by a human mind?"

Me:"Comprehendable isn't a word. Facepalm."

Hair Compensation Syndrome

Where someone who is going bald grows more hair out on the sides of their head to cover it up, or compensates for it with distracting facial hair. ie:very large sideburns, huge mustaches,goatees, etc.
