Ballin' is a slang for someone hype.

It could either be one of these :

1) To play basketball.

2) One who is in a state of being extremely rich and likes to show off how rich he is.

3) Living the life.

1) That dude is ballin' at Rucker park !

2) He got bling & mad cash ! He ballin' !

3) He owns a Chrysler 300C & a Cadillac Escalade both on 24's ! He Ballin' !

(ball-in-iss-it-tee), noun, The proper term to be used when trying to to sum up or measure how much a person is actually ballin.

Even though his truck is sittin' on 26 inch rims, it still seems as though he lacks the ballinicity to ride with the big boys.

You could never compare to me son! I'm on a whole nutha level. By ballinicity is like, through the roof on yo ass right now.

My Jordan's are not only newer, but also more expensive than your's are. Therefor, I have more ballinicity than you do.
