Adult Swim

An anime/cartoon block that comes on cartoon network after 10pm (Central Time). Was created after the early sucess of Space Ghost: Coast to Coast back in the late 90's and after the sucess of the anime block that was shown on late night saturdays. Adult swim is basically a combination of anime, cancelled fox cartoons and adult swim originals.

Shows that were/are on adult swim, as of august 3rd 2004, include:

Anime: Reign, Lupin the 3rd, Kikader, Inuyasha, Case Closed, Yu Yu Hakasho, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Big O, FLCL, Wolf's Rain, Blue Gender, Witch Hunter Robin, Tenchi Muyo.

Cartoons: Aqua teen hunger force, Harvey Birdman, Sealab 2021, Baby Blues, The Brak show, The Oblongs, Space Ghost: Coast to Coast, Mission Hill, Home Movies, Family Guy, Futurama.

Example1:
Guy at bar: Hey checkout the goofball drinking a beer while wearing a bib

Girlfriend: Shh someone will hear you he's 53 but identifies as a 14 month old when he eats.

Example 2:
Husband to wife: Why is there a 40 year old playing second base in this Tee ball league?

Wife: Quiet someone will hear you he's Trans-Adult and identifies as a child

Man behind them: I'm his father, chronologically he's 38 but identifies 6 year old for this league. Oh and he is destroying all Tee ball records.
