a person who is from the area of central Asia known as spunkatronia, here there is no water supply, thus the men of the towns gather together once a month to ejaculate in a reservoir therefore provides liquid for the population of spunkatronia, used for drinking, watering plants and showering, this causes mass pregnancy and increases the spread of S.T.D's.
