- gerund - To slap box with open fists or palms, normally above the waist, without the intention of inflicting serious pain. A variation of rasslin' (rassle), scrappin' is perfomed between two unarmed and sometimes intoxicated combatants.

"You call my sister that name one more time, and were gonna start scrappin'."

"So... you wanna start scrappin'?"

"You wanna rassle?"
"No, I wanna start scrappin'!"

Scrappy Doo Syndrome

When the makers of a television show decide that adding a cute kid to the cast will make the ratings of the show go up. This normally is not the case. Comes from the fact that Scrappy Doo supposedly made to entire Scooby Doo cartoon get cancelled

Scraples

Any sort of residual product left over from the original more pure or larger product. Commonly, this residual product is considered less desirable then its original product, even though they are often times one in the same.

Guy 1: Hey man, I'm think we're out of peanuts.
Guy 2: No, I made sure to leave you some scraples of them at the bottom of the bag.
Guy 1: Scraples! Damn it if i was not so hungry I would say no.
Guy 2: Its scraples man, its just what you were looking for.
Guy 1: Yeah I guess your right, they are still peanuts.
