This is the word used to describe extreme fans of the anime Naruto. Often they haven't read it beyond surface level and will be in the scaling community being as the name would imply dumb as fuck.
One such example is the person on YouTube using the channel name JadonF who can't scale beyond what it's little bubble can comprehend
