Etymology: gen from genus, gender in Latin and conscientia is consciousness in latin.

(This word doesn't exist yet)

Other person: "I'm afraid I don't know. I suffer from gendisconscientia."
Person: "I'm sorry to hear that, shall I just put your name down then?"
Other person: "Yes please."

It implies a total lack of manliness and possessing microscopically small balls.
