A female or male who works on the docks in Marinas and wears short shorts and tank tops. Is either barefoot or dock shoes, found around any nice boat jet boat houseboat pontoon boat or fishing boat. claiming they are not a whore, but will blow anybody who'll give them a ride around the lake.
