When you see this in a document or presentation, it probably means the creator of this is illiterate, or that the creator of this was too stupid to give a fuck about the text box because he was busy doing something else.

The cancerous kid's presentation had a lot of boxes that said "click to add text."

Mass Text

When someone is incredibly bored and sends the same text to many different people at the same time in the desperate hope of getting a response or when something important or at least important to the texter and it just MUST BE TOLD TO EVERYONE like merry christmas....or its my birthday.
When the text end with everybody or guys its probably the dreaded "mass text".

Lizzy: Holy crap!!! That hottie Bill just texted me!!
Erica: What did he say?
Lizzy: hey
Erica: I got the same one...its just a mass text. Don't answer that. He's just bored.

What I mainly say to someone as an alternative way of saying "text me" or "send me text"..IMO sounds better

Person 1: "When you gonna be there"

Person 2: "In half an hour"

Person 1: "Alright cool, drop me a text when you get there"

Pre-text

The nonchalant text u send immediately before you send an important text to a person. The pre-text insures that you will know whether or not the person will reply so that you are not left with textpectation after sending the important text it insures that your important query will not be textnored. Sort of like signing for a UPS package so they know that you got it.

Dude I wanna ask Bertha on a date but if she doesnt wanna go she'll just textnore me and say that she never got it. I'll send her a pre-text saying "What's up" then if she doesn't respond to my text asking her on a date, I'll know she's super shady.

when you unintentionally text someone a blank text message, often occurs while cell phone is in one's back pocket.
