1. One who is mean, in a sense, often refers to those who drive out at night with men and make their boyfriends worry.
2. One who gets drunk and pukes all over the basement floor in houses that they do not know who the owners of the house are.

Laura has now earned the title of "meanie bear", because she got drunk and drove with random men.
