A term use by locals when there are a bunch of random people that are not usually there, and or show up out of nowhere.

"Wow look at all these Scoops." As we pulled up to the skate park we could see it was full of Scoops.

(If someone dunks playing basketball) "scoops!"
(If someone gets a girls number) then you would say "scoops!"

Describes someones booty as being very round and sexy. Depending on how big the booty is, determines the amount of scoops the person has.
