An old Richard is the kind of person you'd accuse of having a hard paper round in past times but looks like he's still doing that paper round. Old Richards frequent places like Aylsham , Holt and other Norfolk market towns.

"Oh look there's an old Richard, he's only young but he looks so old , he must have delivered newspapers for the whole country in his time !"
