when someone is acting goofy/stupid and different from when they usually do. this word originates from the tiktok sound, ‘Am i tweeking?’ where someone is usually in disbelief by the way they’re acting or thinking. Sort of like saying ‘Am i stupid right now?’.

A person who hangs around the streets and partakes in activities not viewed as normal from "normal" people. Such activities may include:
-Doing drugs, usually meth but can be other drugs ranging from weed to fentynal.
-Acting like a crazy homeless person.

A tweeker is not always homeless or unemployed but in most cases this is a fitting description.
