The table or area in an office where people bring food or snacks for others to eat up or take home.

Example 1:
Office Mate 1: We have all these extra pizza slices and cake from the McGyver's birthday party, what should we do?

Office Mate 2: Just put them on the vulture table. One of those fat cows will eat them up or take them home.

2)A term used to describe explosive celebrity after death.

1) After her death, Amy Winehouse's music experienced a surge of popularity due to the vulture-effect.
2)Due to the vulture-effect, artists, little known in life, become icons after death.
