A joint/cigarette dipped in Liquid PCP/angeldust, NOT formaldehyde or actual "embalming fluid".PCP is dissolved in ether, and the Joint is dipped in it. Smoking PCP is known as gettin wet.

A cigarette dipped in liquid Phencyclidine (PCP). The slang term for liquid PCP is "embalming fluid" which often confuses people who will dip cigarettes in formaldehyde. You aren't supposed to use REAL embalming fluid...
