1. An extremely aggressive greeting that has completely replaced "Hello" or "How are you" and is best used in a casual setting. For full effect, best delivered while incredibly intoxicated and delivered at full volume 2 inches from the recipient's face.

2. A statement of affirmation or approval.

This is a common phrase said by party goers usually all night long. After chugging half a bottle of rum, 7 shots of vodka, and 2 champagne glasses, one yells this out as a testament to the great time they are having. Essentially, they are "rushing" with adrenaline and everything else that is flowing through their body.

"Thomas got thrown out of the club, what a rush!!"
"Jon just ordered 2 extra bottles, what a rush!!"

Trust Me, I know what I'm doing

A phrase often usd by people who don't really know what they're doing.

This catch phrase was often used by the 80's TV cop Sledge Hammer right before he does something that results in some sort of catastrophic event or disaster.

Captain Trunk: Sledge, you cannot disarm that nuclear bomb!

Sledge Hammer: Trust me, I know what I'm doing.

(A nuclear explosion ensues thus ending the season finale of Sledge Hammer)

A phrase used in a state of confusion. Can be used when someone says something completely ridiculous. An expression used when "what the eff??" or "what the hell?" just don't cut it.

It is also used during experiences of shock and extreme irony.

Adam: (telling the guys a story at the lunch table) We took the car doors off of my car and put them on Jeff's car, then we drove around town for 40 minutes with the heat blasting.
