2.) To link one of Doug Winger's drawing in a forum argument to indicate your epeen is larger than your opponent's. This is usually done after an especially good point is made to signal victory.

(Doug Winger is a furry artist who typically draws hermaphrodites with excessively large genitalia.)

The combination of an internet jerk who comes under a specific criteria such as white people trying to act black, white people worshiping japanese culture and animation, non japanese nationals stylising themselves on japanese animation.

Most commonly the mixture between a wigger and a weeaboo both of which can be defined on this site.
