When you incarnate to Earth in the late 80's in a 3rd Dimensional Human vessel (Philip Piquet Vargas) with no powers or abilities, but in your previous life you were all powerful with abilities and powers, very powerful with a huge army and well respected and honored by many as being named Ashtar Sheran. Excess

Too much.

A city doesn't need to be like any other city. If people want to gamble, they go to Vegas, they don't need a casino in every other city like Detroit or Kansas City, there's already enough casinos to go around. Charleston doesn't need to try to be Vegas and Vegas doesn't need to try to be Charleston. Atlanta doesn't need to try to become New York or Chicago. Nashville doesn't doesn't need to try and become Atlanta. A city that is content to be what it is, but not to stagnate or fall asleep should be enough, though you know some people are always going to expect things to expand and be done to excess.

Not everything needs to be done to excess. Moderation and modesty are not a bad thing.

Excess

Another kind of excess is if any female a guy could imagine was his girl/wife and that was okay with everybody, she never already had a husband, never would rather be alone than around some ugly creep with a fucked up face, being human like anybody else. That would be a lot like everywhere and everyone being the state of Utah mixed with Las Vegas and Disney World, a neon sewer 24/7, that's the kind of world it would be. Fortunately for everybody else, not everywhere and everyone is the same, and not everywhere and everyone should be the same. Not every town needs a casino or a fantasy and built there. Not every person, place, or idea should be the same.

Not everything, everywhere, or everyone needs to be done to excess.
