An individual who is a school procrastinator, acts really hard to show-off/be cool, makes up stories to impress people about his lifestyle, is overly obnoxious/intolerable at times.

Friend 1: I miss my girlfriend so bad man!
Friend 2: ok?
Friend 1: I haven't had some in a long time!
Friend 2: ok?
Friend 1: I'm about to go crazy man! I can't handle this!
Friend 2: YO! Chill man! Don't be such a COLLEGE BOB!

Friend 1: Hey guys! we haven't hung out in a long time! SOOO HOW ARE THE LADIIIIES!??
Friend 2: uuh.. i'm talking to this one girl.
Friend 1: YEAAA MY FRIEND IS GETTIN SOME!!
Friend 2: Chill man, your being a COLLEGE BOB again!

Kevin's mom: So Michael, how's college?

Michael: Not that great. I haven't been studying as much. My GPA is like 2.5.

Kevin's mom: WOAH! that's not good. You have to study more.

Michael: Yea, I'm definitely stepping it up next semester!
(Mom walks away)

Kevin: So what happened man, why you're doing so bad?

Michael: I've been partying so much man!!OMG college is so awesome I LOVE DORMING! I lost track of drinking at so many parties and went to class with hangovers

The extremely cheap noodles that broke college students live off of after their parents have cut them off financially, and they're waiting on their next paycheck from their pizza delivery job. i.e. ramen

It sucks when you're so broke that you can't afford any food besides college noodles.

Broome Community College

Broome Community College, also known by its pretentious title SUNY Broome, is a 2 year community college located in the de-facto capital of New York's Southern Tier Binghamton.

Students finding themselves attending the overly promoted institution fall under the follow categories:

1. They are a local resident who didn't have the necessary GPA/SAT scores to get into nearby Binghamton University.

2. They are a non-local resident who didn't have the necessary GPA/SAT scores to get into nearby Binghamton University.

3. They don't know what the fuck they want do yet and to appease their pissed of parents they enroll in liberal arts and end up with a two year degree and no job.

Teacher: "What do you want to do after high school?"

Student: "I don't know what I want to do yet. I'll probably go to BCC (Broome Community College)."
