builder's brew

A strong black tea with milk, usually with two sugars and served in a mug (as opposed to a teapot). Usually achieved with using strong quality tea brands, such as PG Tips or Yorkshire Gold. Term is also known as "builder's tea" and mostly used the commonwealth and ex-commonwealth (UK and Ireland especially). "Brew" is more colloquialism than "tea" and is more appropriate at informal environment, for example with your buddies.

James: Yeah, I'm well, thank you. You're up for builder's brew?

builder's inspection

Unprofessional behaviour by domestic builders whereby during their lunch break they ALWAYS inspect the contents of the underwear drawer of an absent home owner especially if she is a real honey. Passing the items round they mentally picture her wearing them....I'm told...by numerous building acquaintances.
