A term used to denote irrational and daft behaviour in someone not noted to be the most level-headed person in normal circumstances anyway.
As in "that Jacko...he's as silly as a box of bollocks".

Fanny Bollocks - Term used loosely when describing a male who shows characteristics of a woman even though he is a man. Someone who enjoys whinging constantly to annoy and anger his fellow companions. Does'nt want to go out and get pissed every night because he'd rather sleep.
