Is used by so-called editors who doesn't want a good definition to be published. Instead, he/she published his/her own lame & boring definition.

Mike: I just sent a definition about political term in Urban Dictionary, but got rejected
Don: Aww man, who the hell pressed the don't publish button?
Mike: Don't know.... probably some editors who published his own definition about pedobear

T-Paining

To rudely interrupt somebody while they are busy doing something important. Like T Pain did to Jay Z at Hot 97 Summer Jam, crashing the stage like shit is sweet. Later done to Jay AGAIN buy Lil Mama at the VMAs. This is where Jay coined the phrase, '' You T-Paining Right Now''.

don't boop if you can't poop

Coined in Toronto Ontario, this phrase has begun to spread rapidly. The phrase essentially means don't try to talk if you can't walk the walk.

Note: There is no stress in the words boop and poop...when pronounced sounds more like bewp and pewp

Hypothetical situation...Someone claims they can bench press 300 pounds when in reality they can only do 200...Response would be: Yo...don't boop if you can't poop.
