Semi-Simp

A Semi-Simp is a person who admires a friend over another friend or family member. Not for them to get into a relationship with them, but rather for friendship purposes, even if the friend is a weirdo or not worth the trouble. Some will shame others for doing something, but won't do so for the friend they are semi-simping for. If one was to shame the Semi-Simp for this action, or shame the Semi-Simp's friend, the Semi-Simp will get overly aggressive and defensive. They often neglect family and other friends just to be able to hang out with the friend. Semi-Simps will give said friend special permissions if they own a chatroom, and will let them moderate and ban whoever they want just so the Semi-Simp can feel appreciated by someone.

Bro, you cringe at the fact of me playing Fortnite, but your friend plays it aswell, and you don't say a word to him! You're a Semi-Simp.

semi depressed

when someone says they're depressed, without actual evidence or diagnose to back that claim up. mostly suffered by 13-14 year olds who listen to Billy Eilish. even though someone does not have a diagnosis, that does not mean everything is alright. if they have no problems at all than it is fake depressed. semi depressed is more a way of saying that a person has problems, but not actual depression
