Clown Cap

Modern day cap with the flat bill and bucket size hat. These types of baseball caps tend to make who ever is wearing them look like clown especially when worn off center or the bill to the side.

Person 1) Look at that 909 Bro, what the hell is he wearing on his head?
Person 2) Oh, that's a clown cap.
