poop anxiety

the fear of not being able to poop in the comfort of your own bathroom before you have to go somewhere. this is especially common amongst morning poopers and if you think about it too much it can actually prevent the ability to poop.

i have to meet my peeps for breakfast early this morning and it's giving me poop anxiety.
i had to catch an early morning flight and it caused massive poop anxiety. luckily i was able to go right before i was about to walk out the door.
man my stomach is killing me! i had major poop anxiety this morning and i still haven't been able to go.

poop sled

A pooping technique invented by Carly McNeil. The technique: Prior to pooping, drop a few squares of TP into the bowl. Your number 2 will make contact with the TP and like small child on a sled, will proceed down the slope of toilet while on the TP, leaving no trace behind! This a great technique to use at a party or at home! Try it out.

Bob used a poop sled so no one knew he had pooped at the party.
