coming the from the famous Nike phrase "Just Do It". Nike time is used in situations in which one must just man up and do something and stop complaining or procrastinating.

John: "Ugh I have to do chemistry homework but I don't wanna."

Frank: "Nike time"

John: "what?"

Frank: "just do it"

There is one person that will read this on Saturday and will laugh her head off because thats the type of person she is. Nikki makes this girl laugh, Nikki is very funny.
