a giani is typicaly someone that is of sikh religion. i am from surrey BC and there is typically a lot of brown people and the fact that in brown people there will be people with turbans these people are considered gianis although it is considered a person with a turban it can also just mean people with long hair that tie them in a fashion that the people of the sikh religion do.

jus reign on youtube is a pretty famous comdian he is a giani and in some videos his little brother is shown and he is also a giani.
