Cigarette boy refers to financially cursed people that requests for cigarettes from strangers or others they have barely met. These people are often results of families that are broken due to incestuous acts. Usually cigarette boys have the thousand yard stare from witnessing their family having intercourse with each other which caused their trauma. When they request for cigarettes they often say "eh jek pinjam rokok ah sial" that is how they communicate with other people.
