The name is a short form of the ancient German name Matilde, which means "strength" and "battle".

Tilde is really beautiful, however she’s not really aware of that fact. She seems really confident, but inside she’s actually quite insecure. Tilde is a great friend; a good listener with a big heart. She’s quite sensitive though, so a good friend hypes her up and makes her feel like the queen she really is.
