Someone or people who's trying hard to be a gangster, but in fact, they perfectly showing off their stupidity (so nobody fears them)

Portmanteau of Wack/Wacky (Silly, Stupid, Lame) and Gangster

A wackster attacked to death by a mob because they're pissed by his behaviour: Attacking random people, stealing, robbing, doing a rape spree (and the victims contracted STI because he didn't wearing condom), driving while intoxicated either by drugs or alcohol, spewing derogatory words, and threatening the vulnerable (underages, womxns, and elderly people)
