1. When you don't want to do something, because it sounds like it is going to be shit.

2. When a call is disputable, or just bullshit.

Note: Can be used sarcastically in either of these situations.

Guy 1: Wanna go to the Edgy? its gonna go off

perhapsless

The word means "impossible", or literally "without chance". It was made up by e.e. cummings because he was constantly on crack, although it can be argued that he used "perhapsless" instead of "impossible" because it has fewer syllables (3 instead of 4) and sounds more poetic.

Trying to win this game is frickin' perhapsless, man!

It is perhapsless to fit the word "perhapsless" into any coherent sentence because it was invented by a madman.
