Outragetivism (out-rage-tuh-viz-um)- noun

Temporarily appearing to do something about a perceived or actual problem during the short time it is relevant in the current social media news cycle and/or while you're pissed about it. Usually done while voicing your opinions on the matter in question into an online echo chamber

After the Ray Rice video was released Eric enganged in so much outragetivism about it I unfriended him.

The political equivalent of running home and crying to mommy, frequently used by politicians to distract the public from relivant issues

"In the news today, Senator Obama expressed outrage that the Republican party may, at some point, say that the Senator is Black. Senator McCain expressed outrage that Obama expressed outrage about implying what the Republican party will do in the future, and further expressed outrage about the comments made by an Obama aide about McCain's military service."

Outrage fatigue

Throwing a massive tantrum to the point of both physical and mental exhaustion of the tantrum-er.

Most commonly seen in kids under the age of 9. Can also happen to adults who have anger issues (which could be quite devastating).

When little Johnny came out of his room to find his parents gone, he started to weep and cry. When their parents shortly came back, little Johnny was furious in tears and started screaming and wailing at them with all his might. Soon after 10 minutes he was so tired from all the screaming that he felt dizzy and collapsed onto the floor. Little Johnny just had an outrage fatigue.
