Pronounced (NEE-sur)
Midwest US and Manchester UK slang for an idiot or wannabe. A neicer will interrupt you and pretend they know something what they're talking about. Neicer comes from calling annoying girls "nieces" because they act like little cousins.
Someone trying to argue with you? Call them a neicer.

Yeah right, you neicer. As if you knew a thing about skiing.

Neece Mates

Used when describing close acquaintances whose banter or chat can only be described as smelly or stinky. Usually talking crap to gain cred or being perceived as cool, their chat typically achieves the opposite.

Usage: Steph Byrd has such neece mates, they've got such stinky chat.

Further Examples of neece mates:

Neece Mate 1 - Hello mate, I’ve just sunk 8 snakey bakeys in a row. I’m cruising on the A banter to Lashville.

Neece Mate 2 - Do my guns look big in this?

Neece Mate 3 - I have a mate of a mate of a mate who can sink 12 snakey bakeys in 5 seconds and then he eats the glass because he is such a ‘LAD’

It's a necessary accessory. Like a cap or an oversized watch. An extra item you feel compelled to wear, "rock", or "roll with."

When walking down Michigan Avenue in Chicago everyone you pass seems to be sold on one necessory or another, like an MP3 player or a bold breifcase.

neece banter

When someone's chat/banter is weak or self indulgent. Usually used by the scapegoat of a group to try and creep their way up the social hierarchy but by using neece banter they have achieved quite the opposite.

'Just hooned 2 snakey B's mate. Lets have a bevvie comp.'
Person 1 'How does he get his calves so defined?'
Person 2 'Barukh Abadi, don't use such neece banter.'
