Yelling, cursing and expressing superiority over anyone that they seek to confront. For any reason. You might be a dude flying a drone in an area allowed for business purposes and you get a Complainer Connor just right there telling you get out of his visual space. It is impossible to have a civilized conversation with a Complainer Connor because they call the cops on you in a nanosecond.
