Meeting Affective Disorder

A form of boredom that occurs in relation to mandatory meetings, most commonly those centered around a presentation.
Symptoms include difficulty in staying awake, and delirious hallucinations more commonly referred to as daydreams.

Guy 1: I think you have Meeting Affective Disorder, you should see a doctor
Guy 2: Why do you think I have that?
Guy 1: The pool of drool on the table from you dozing off.

The Ed Sheeran Affect

The idea that an artist or performer (who wouldn't be attractive in the usual sense) is deemed attractive based on their amazing performance skills.

Most people do not know they are experiencing the Ed Sheeran Affect.

Girl 1 - "Oh my gosh he's so hot and he sings so well!"
Girl 2 - "No he's not. The Ed Sheeran Affect is in full swing right now."

Those who suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder and become nasty in December for that and the usual reasons.

I think Dad should spend December in another country, he's become too much of a Seasonal Affective Douchebag.

Affectionate Buddies

to have an ongoing emotional and sexual relationship with another without being in a full on relationship together. the parties have been previously in a relationship with one another. the emotional attachment in this relationship is great, meaningful, and may even be love, but may not be announced publicly. the parties think about each other a great deal, and may communicate quite often. this is all in hopes getting back together in future.

feelings will include the need to; hold, see, talk, kiss, look deeply into each others eyes, caress body, run fingers through hair, fall asleep, cuddle, feed each other, love.

jane and john are dating, they break up, months after they realize they miss each other, they begin to become Affectionate Buddies in hopes to rekindle their previous relationship with one another although their love is already apparent.

Jake pretends he is everyone's friend but he is a back stabber and a disingenuous social affect.
