Courtesy Rev

An old car or hot rod's way of expressing respect for another car the driver thinks is sharp. The courtesy rev is often returned.No horns are involved because most vehicles who use the courtesy rev have long been without a horn.

The Rev

Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan or just the rev. Born James Owen Sullivan. R.I.P. Born February 10 1981 Died on December 28 2009. Not much information on his death. He was found in his South California home at about 1:00 pm on Dec. 28, 2009. The Drummer for A7X or, Avenged Sevenfold. Named one of the best drummers in the world.

Man, I miss The Rev... He was a hell of a drummer.

The Rev

Was the drummer for the popular band Avenged Sevenfold. Wrote some of there best known songs such as "Almost Easy" and "Afterlife". He was found December 28, 2009. He wrote and handed in "Fiction" 3 days before. Lead guitarist Synyster Gates supposidly went into a fit of rage after hearing of his death, as they had been best friends since Highschool.

the wonderfully fantastic rocker drummer for avenged sevenfold. was also possibly the cutest man on earth. he once was on shrooms and punched a trusting pigeon out of the sky, and continued to be mased by bike police. he wasn't married, james owen sullivan didn't believe in marriage. he did find his soul mate, she is shown in the music video for "seize the day". instead of getting married, they got tattoos of wedding bands on their fingers with their names in eachothers ring. was a great friend to the members of avenged sevenfold and will be missed by his friends and fans.

back rev

To throw one's car into neutral and push down on the gas pedal hard while still rolling in order to rev one's car up without increasing the speed of the car. This act is usually done to show displeasure with another driver or pedestrian.

I drove back around the block so I could back rev at that girl who flipped me off.
