A jejune term, it is often used by people who think they're socialists despite opposing Marxist-Leninist ideas and refuse to touch socialist theory. They are often misguided Social Democrats and as such are actually pro-Capitalism, not anti-Capitalism.

A leftist fascist regime is one that forces tolerance for even the worst bullshit in society, such as casual sex, porn, drugs, gangs, even criminals, etc., often in the name of "someone's rights", ends free speech, and oppresses/dehumanizes people who are unable to fit in with the bullshit, by calling them names like "racist", "sexist", for example, or any other word that ends in "-ist" or "-obic", resulting in much suffering. This is similar to what is happening in America today.

Example of a regime of leftist fascism:
Person 1: Hey I hate porn. It's disturbing. I hate girls who do it. It causes people to get raped and sexually assaulted ...
Person 2: Fucking shut up, you SEXIST ASSHOLE!! Women have a right to express sexuality how they feel. If you hate porn, GO FUCK OFF with other garbage who also don't support women's rights like YOU!
