Chipotle

1) An expanding chain of fast-food Mexican-style restaurants that serve overstuffed burritos, tacos, burrito bols (burritos in a bowl and not a tortilla), and other such types of food. They are sort of the higher-end answer to Taco Bell, but still fairly reasonable in price. And a lot less gross, by most accounts.
The somewhat novel (but not really, because some other chains do it as well) approach to ordering food there is that they basically fill your burrito as you go along, so you can see for yourself exactly what's going into it. Also, you can customize it in this way to meet your likes and dislikes.
The burritos are so stuffed full of beans, rice, meat/guacamole, and other fillings that they are more than enough food for most people.
Has been known to cause indigestion in some people, but still pretty darn good.
(Pronounced in several different ways, including Chi-pote-lay, Chi-po-tul, and Chip-o-tlee)

Chinito

A word primarily used as a sense of endearment or addressing to somebody with asian descent, not really as a way of insult to them. In comparison where the word, "Chink" is used with hostility. It is hard to say "chinito" with much hostility or disrespect. Used mostly in south america as not really an aggressive term but referring to a young chinese man.

Also used in non spanish speaking countries in south east asia with spanish influence.in the phillipines, the word is regarded more as a compliment. A music video by a Fillipino singer, Yeng Constantino used the word in a purely romantuc sense.

The maid says to the korean traveller, "hola chinito, do you want room servicing?"

chipotle challenge

The chipotle challenge is one of the toughest and most grueling tasks ever to face man kind. It is also very difficult yet highly enertaining to watch. To complete the chipotle challenge sucessfully you must eat 3 full burritos or fajita burritos in one sitting (maximum time limit of 45 minutes). No burrito bowls or any of that pansy crap is allowed either. When attempting this challenge the competitor may choose what sides he wants on his burritos and the burritos may be all the same, or different if he prefers. The competitor should not have to purchase the burritos himself but the price should be split up among friends (unless of course the competitor eats less than 1 and a half burritos at which point he will refund all money and acknowledge he is a huge failure). The competitor may drink whatever fountain drinks are availble at the chipotle and there is no restriction on how much you may drink/not drink. This challenge takes months and sometimes years in preparation before it should even be attempted due to the amount of mental strain the competitor must go thru to complete it. If a challenge is completed successfully he/she shall be known as a chipotle master and should be given great respect not only in chipotles but around the world.

I have not yet completed the chipotle challenge, but i am currently training with a chipotle master from my city...he is like a god to me
