To have a girlfriend/boyfriend/spouse that is far better than you deserve for no apparent reason (i.e. money, fame, power, etc...).

A common phrase in the UK to describe being shit faced or wasted. To get sauce panned is to get drunk from consuming a lot of alcohol.

Pinned Out

Basically describes when someone is so high on opiates that it constricts your pupils to tiny pin-points.

The neighborhood junkie kept insisting she was sober but there's no denying she's still using, given that she's pinned out and can't keep her eyes open or stop itching. That junkie is as pinned out as a tweaker is spun.
