Being aware of one’s emotions, feelings, thoughts, tingles and pains all while being fully aware of the task at hand and working as effectively as possible.

Ex. He was in a state of grindfulness all day, every stressful task was completed, and he remained calm and optimistic all day.

Ex. Johnny was laser focused on coding his new site, but in his state of grindfulness, he still managed to pause to help Suzy, as he noticed she was visibly stressed out.

Ex. Grindfulness lead me to appreciate a butterfly for 15 seconds, in the middle of typing up a report for 1 and a half hours.

Grandulous

When you are feeling amazing. Life is pretty good. Must be eating corn on a cob or killing a puzzle. When great isn't quite enough to describe how happy you are you bust out this word.

Only the coolest people on earth use this word. Same thing with beautiful people. When you're blue eyes stop people in the their tracks your that beautiful, your life is grandulous

Mister Cheddah- "Hey beautiful how are you today?"

Ta Ta Rosa- "I am grandulous! Just got 10 pieces in a roll. I am jacked!"
