Stands for Erectile Function, anybody who doesn't have ED can have EF, it means you are able to hold an erection without Viagra, Cialis etc.

Ef, or Effff, depending on one's level of enthusiasm, is an abreviation for "F.I." which is an abreviation for "Feeling It", typically used to describe being into an experience or a person.

One can also be Triple F.I., or simply Triple.

"How was lunch?"

Verb: Means to fuck with (not sexually).

This can be used in replace of 'fuck' because it is toned down so as not to offend anyone.
