a SPG that has a rocking hair-doo, and totaly knows that he is better than the average bear. He drinks in moderation in public, but kicks it back behind closed doors. He is part of the Legion of SPG's on the west coast of the United States, and usually can be seen in a scarf, or a fedora, or sometimes demin overalls.

Were do you even start with Efren. Well here’s the thing Efren is an incredibly sexy guy. You’ll feel safe around him. Efren is hilarious and will make you laugh all the time. Efren is the life of the party a drunk Mexican to be honest. But you have to admire him even though he’s not the brightest. He has a good friend group that sticks by him. Relationships haven’t turned out the best for him so be kind and truthful if your in a relationship with a Efren. Something that all Efrens have in common is they get impatient and bored very easily.
