My experience with men is great, because I pick them because I like them, I don’t need them.

Modern feminism is the movement of women and men that believe in equal rights. It also conveys strong views in society that what you wear does not mean women or men should be treated any differently. For example, your clothing does not give consent for sex. Your clothing does not make you a slut nore justify being slut-shamed. Feminists believe men shouldn’t be ashamed to cry or show weakness. They believe women’s bodies aren’t dirty and women and men should be able to embrace their sexuality and not be shamed for it. Feminists believe women’s bodies are powerful just like men’s are. We give birth and carry babies, what is dirty about that?

Feminism is a movement often mistaken for a group that try to claim things are sexist when they aren’t. For example, ginger bread men arent sexist because it’s a cookie and nobody cares about it’s gender. This has caused a lot of fake rumours regarding feminism and turned it into something it’s not.

It's MEANT to be about Equality of the Sexes, but lots of people think it's about the superiority of women over men.

'Feminism': We should create a female dictatorship with only women in positions of power, objectify men as sexual objects of pleasure, deny anyone not a women their basic human rights etc. I HATE MEN!!! TRANS WOMEN ARE MEN SO THEREFORE I HATE THEM TOO!!!

ACTUAL FEMINISM: Men's issues are JUST AS IMPORTANT as women's - more focus should be on the hardships we both face! I believe in Equality of both men and women, and not one more important than the other. Also, transgender women are women and need defending and supporting.
