Scooter Fagg 

A person who rides a scooter for any reson other than as an effective means of transportation. (If using a scooter as an effective of transportation though, you must not enjoy or you will become a scooter fag). (Not to be confused with the scooter which is similar to a motorbike)

A scooter fagg is someone who thinks that they are cool because they ride a scooter.

If you ever see a convoy of scooter faggs it is widely accepted to stop what ever you are doing and point and laugh.
Billy is a scooter fagg because he rides scooters at skate parks.
