One who is very annoying. The type that you want to hit in the head with a brick several times. Can be used as an adjective 'gothimey' or a verb 'gothime-ing'

I hate that girl Rachel she is so annoying!

An intended negative statement given that would commonly be taken as an insult or inflammatory remark to mainstream society but to a person of the gothic/alternative variety would be considered complimentary in nature.

Pedestrian: "You Look like you just rolled out of an open grave this morning!"

GothKid: "Wow! That's very kind of you to say! Thanks for the gothliment!"
